Mark Meadows is an American politician serving as White House Chief of Staff to President Donald Trump. He previously served as the U.S. Representative for North Carolina's 11th congressional district from 2013 to 2020. A member of the Republican Party, Meadows chaired the House Freedom Caucus from 2017 to 2019. He was considered one of Trump's closest allies in Congress before his appointment as Chief of Staff.
