CPAC Event Terms & Conditions


Registration Process and Payment Methods

Registration at a Conservative Political Action Network Ltd ("CPAC") event will not be confirmed until the registration process has been completed and the payment has been received and processed. CPAC cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please check for a confirmation email before committing to travel or other arrangements.


Cancellation/Refund Policy

CPAC conference Ticket cancellations will be accepted until 45 days prior to the event for a 100% refund. Cancellations between 45 days and 15 days prior to the event will be accepted for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after 15 days prior to the event unless the ticket is sold to another patron/attendee whereupon an 80% refund will be offered.

Code of Conduct

All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Be considerate, respectful and mindful of your surroundings and fellow participants at both CPAC and other events taking place at the venue. Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to, Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech, distribution of inappropriate materials, or criminal conduct by any Participants of CPAC and related event activities. In addition, no partisan politicking is permitted on premises during CPAC. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given for those who are ejected for violating any aspect of the Code of Conduct.


Accommodations

Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements.


Personal Property

CPAC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property at its events.


Photography/Video

By completing this registration, you understand that you may be photographed, taped or recorded during the Conference and that you grant CPAC permission to use your image or voice in all forms and media as permitted by law. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image or voice or the written copy that may be used in connection with either.


Intellectual Property

Neither purchasing tickets to the Conference nor these terms or conditions shall be construed as any waiver of CPAC’s intellectual property rights. Any commercial use of CPAC's intellectual property is prohibited unless approved in writing in advance by CPAC. No photographs or video taken at CPAC may be used for commercial purposes unless the event attendee has obtained written permission from CPAC. Professional photographers and videographers and those who are compensated for filming any aspect of CPAC for commercial use waive any claim to the doctrine “fair use” of CPAC’s intellectual property. CPAC reserves the right to seek damages for any infringement of our intellectual property rights.

Waiver of Liability

By purchasing tickets to and/or attending the Conference hosted by CPAC, you agree to assume the risks related to attendance at the event. With the exception of liability for gross negligence or reckless and/or intentional conduct, you agree to release CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Network Ltd, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers and consultants from any liability arising from your attendance at a CPAC event.
